মাদকদ্রব্য অপরাধ সংঘটনে আইনানুগ অনুমান (presumption)

৫৫। যদি কোনো ব্যক্তির নিকট অথবা তাহার দখলকৃত বা নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন কোনো স্থানে কোনো মাদকদ্রব্য সেবন, অন্য কোনোভাবে মাদকদ্রব্য ব্যবহার বা প্রয়োগ অথবা মাদকদ্রব্য প্রস্তুতে ব্যবহারযোগ্য সরঞ্জাম, যন্ত্রপাতি অথবা মাদকদ্রব্য প্রস্তুতের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় বস্তু বা উপাদান পাওয়া যায়, তাহা হইলে উক্ত ব্যক্তি, ভিন্নতর প্রমাণ করিতে ব্যর্থ হইলে, এই আইন লঙ্ঘন করিয়াছেন বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে।
