অর্থদণ্ড আরোপের ক্ষেত্রে ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের বিশেষ ক্ষমতা

৪৮। ফৌজদারি কার্যবিধির section 32 এ যাহা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, প্রথম শ্রেনির জুডিসিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট বা, ক্ষেত্রমত, মেট্রোপলিটন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট এই আইনের ধারা ৩৬, ৩৭, ৩৮, ৩৯, ৪০, ৪১, ৪২, ৪৩, ৪৪, ৪৫ ও ৪৬ এ উল্লিখিত পরিমাণ অর্থদণ্ড আরোপ করিতে পারিবেন।
