অপরাধের আমলযোগ্যতা, অ-আপোষযোগ্যতা ও অ-জামিনযোগ্যতা

১১। এই আইনের অধীন অপরাধসমূহ আমলযোগ্য (Cognizable) , অ-আপোষযোগ্য (Non- compoundable) এবং অ-জামিনযোগ্য (Non-bailable) হইবে।
