Copies of
proceedings
548. If any person affected by a
judgment or order passed by a Criminal Court desires to have a copy of any
order or deposition or other part of the record be shall, on applying for such
copy, be furnished therewith:
Provided that he pays for the same,
unless the Court, for some special reason, thinks fit to furnish it free of
cost.
