অপরাধের আমলযোগ্যতা ও জামিনযোগ্যতা৷

১৪১৷ এই আইনের অধীন অপরাধসমূহ অ-আমলযোগ্য (non-cognizable), জামিনযোগ্য (bailable) এবং আপোষযোগ্য (compoundable) হইবে৷
