১৪। ফৌজদারি কার্যবিধির section 32 এ যাহা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, জুডিসিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট ধারা ১২ এ উল্লিখিত পরিমাণ অর্থদণ্ড আরোপ করিতে পারিবেন।
