ধারা ১৫ এর বিধান লঙ্ঘনের দণ্ড

৩৭। যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি ধারা ১৫ এর উপধারা (২) এ বর্ণিত শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গ করিয়া কোনো বয়লার নির্মাণ করেন, তাহা হইলে উহা হইবে একটি অপরাধ এবং তজ্জন্য তিনি অনধিক ২ (দুই) বৎসরের কারাদণ্ড বা অনধিক ২ (দুই) লক্ষ টাকা অর্থদণ্ড বা উভয় দণ্ডে দণ্ডিত হইবেন।
