  The Public Gambling Act, 1867 (ACT NO. II OF 1867) Offences by whom triable 12. Offences punishable under this Act shall be triable by any Magistrate having jurisdiction in the place where the offence is committed.   The Public Gambling Act, 1867 (ACT NO. II OF 1867) Penalty for subsequent offence 13.
